Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be in a superb location, with plenty of shopping nearby. The rooms, although they could use a bit of updating, were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some shortcomings in the level of service provided. The dining experience was quite reasonable, especially with a variety of choices available. The facilities, including the hot tub and outdoor seating areas, added to the overall appeal of the location.
Although I wasn't offered a room, I heard they are very spacious and have a beautiful view of the mountains. However, it was quite loud during my stay. The service was wonderful, they even sang us a Happy Anniversary song upon arrival. Their hospitality and graciousness truly stood out, making Hotel Encanto our top choice when traveling to southern New Mexico. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring Organ Mountain National Monument, going shopping, or just enjoying the beauty of the area. The facilities are great, but the price may be a bit high for Las Cruces standards. Dining options were good in their smartly decorated dining room, but there were some overpriced items.
